Sugar Plum Digis by C.C. Designs but remember they are also available in rubber too.
My poor altered note book went through a lot of changes, I just couldn't get it to where I was happy with it and still not sure.... but one thing is for sure this
Santa Emma and
Presents are too cute!!
As I said this is an altered note book that I thought I would use for all of my holiday lists. The note book I got at Michael's in the dollar section. I used the Martha Stewart Holly punch to cut out the vellum leaves. I placed Emma on top of a vellum panel and used to Liquid Applique with a heat gun for the fur trim.
