ATS Digi Monkey Preview

Hello and welcome to a fun new preview of four adorable new Monkey digis by C.C. Designs Christine Wooden.  These will be available Friday at All That Scraps.  The first one is Latte Monkey...aahh a monkey after my own heart.  I thought it would be cute to make a coffee cup shaped card and then decided to Google the idea and guess what?...someone already came up with the idea and HERE is a tutorial.  A little secret about me... I am horrible at following written directions so I kind of winged it and changed a few things such as rounding the bottom of the cup.
Surprise it is a gift card holder, isn't that fun?  The sentiment is from C.C. Designs Amy R Autumn Sentiments.

My Partner In Crafting Crime #25 Bring Out The Twine

It is time for a new challenge at My Partner In Crafting Crime and this time we want to see you use that Twine, String or Jute.  I had so much fun with this card.  I had forgotten how much I like doing circle easel cards.   I absolutely love this new paper I found from SEI called Bright Blossom, every page is just gorgeous.
This cute little monkey has been in my stash from CC Designs called Flower Power.  I started by using my largest circle Spellbinder and then cut out a 6" flower from my Cricut Cartridge Mother's Day Bouquet and added it to carry out the blossom theme.
Here is a close up of how I added the twine to make a leaf behind the flower.

Christine Thank You for making the stamping world a happier place and for taking a chance on me as a new designer!!
I created a cupcake to celebrate this special occasion using C.C. Designs Birthday Monkey Digi, the sentiment is from Amy R Stamps Birthday Sentiments. The cupcake got some Stardust Stickles and glossy accents on the cherry. The flowers are Prima and the ric rac is from my stash. I gave this little cutie some dimension by  popping him up.
